1. Reservation & Check-in Policy

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Valid ID required for check-in
• Advance booking confirmation required
• 50% advance payment for reservation confirmation

2. Payment Policy

• We accept cash and bank transfers
• All rates are in Sri Lankan Rupees
• Prices include applicable taxes
• Additional charges for extra services
• Refundable security deposit may be required

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
• 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours
• No refund for no-shows
• Special rates may have different cancellation terms
• Force majeure conditions considered

4. Room & Accommodation Policy

• Maximum occupancy strictly enforced
• Extra bed charges applicable
• Children below 5 years stay free
• Pets not allowed
• Non-smoking rooms only

5. Facilities & Services

• Free Wi-Fi for registered guests
• Complimentary breakfast included
• Parking subject to availability
• Additional services charged as per usage
• Facilities available during operating hours only

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Maintain peaceful environment
• Respect other guests’ privacy
• Report damages immediately

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• No outside food in rooms
• No illegal activities
• Property damage will be charged
• Right to refuse service reserved

• Information used for booking only
• No third-party sharing
• Security cameras in public areas
• Guest privacy respected

9. Liability

• Hotel not liable for valuables
• Use of facilities at own risk
• Safe deposit boxes available
• Limited liability for accidents
